Warm white color. Intended only to break other colors, e.g. yellow mud, oxide green and green umber. White sludge paint should not be painted unbroken, as it has less resistance without color pigments in it. The more white you have in a color, the faster the color ages. We do not recommend a break with more than 20% white.

Sludge color Gysingegrey

Warm light gray color, produced in ready mix at the request of Gysinge customers. Roughly equivalent to iron vitriol gray, but transferred to sludge paint. Made from rye flour, water, iron vitriol, linseed oil and pigments.

Finished broken color. Breaking extra with natural white is not something we can recommend.

Common color in Swedish tradition. All residential buildings along Byggesvägen in Gysinge, for example, were painted in this color in the 1890s. Made of ochre yellow pigment.
