For furniture, specially ordered goods sold via our customer service and deliveries to countries other than Sweden, different delivery times apply. A preliminary delivery time can be provided by customer service. Otherwise, the delivery time will be provided after confirmation has been received from the supplier. The package will only remain at the delivery point for seven (7) days from the date of arrival, within which time you must collect the package if it is not to be returned to us. You as the customer are responsible for the cost if you have not picked up the package within this time and it goes back to us automatically. As a buyer, you are responsible for examining the goods or packaging for visible damage upon receipt or as soon as possible thereafter. STEAMING COURSE
Withdrawal period and notice
Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the product or products you purchase from us. If you shop from the online store or our customer service, you therefore have the right, under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of you, or someone you have asked to receive the product, having received it. In the case of partial deliveries, the 14-day cancellation period begins when you, or someone you have asked to receive the product, has received the last delivery. If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us of this, see contact information for our customer service below. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient for you to send your message that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The message must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract, i.e. to cancel the purchase. You can use the template that is available for download on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website, but you do not have to use it. Please note that not collecting a package or not accepting a delivery is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.Exception
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specific requirements or goods that have otherwise been given a distinct personal touch because of your order, e.g. made-to-measure furniture and made-to-measure curtains.Return conditions
If you regret your purchase, you must return the item to us, see contact information below. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send back the goods before the withdrawal period has expired. Please enclose the return shipping label that was enclosed with the delivery. The goods should be returned in their original packaging.Return address:

You may of course look at and examine the goods. Remember to handle the goods with care and only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and function. As a guideline, you may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If you have handled the goods beyond what is allowed, you are responsible for the loss of value of the goods and we are entitled to deduct the loss of value from the refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As the customer, you bear the risk of the item being damaged or lost during return shipping, so we ask that you pay attention to the appropriateness of ensuring that the item is insured and that it is well packaged.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. If you cancel the purchase of some of the goods you ordered, we will refund the value of the goods and any costs incurred as a result of the purchase of the specific goods being canceled. However, we will not refund any costs that you would have incurred even if the specific item(s) being canceled had not been purchased, such as the cost of shipping. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have sent us proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. We will use the same method of payment for the refund as you used yourself, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.8. PRODUCT FAILURE
Despite our own and our suppliers’ high quality standards, individual items may be defective. If an item is defective and you have made a complaint in good time, we will of course ensure that the item is repaired or replaced free of charge for you. In order to be able to prove that you have purchased the item from us, it is important that you keep your order confirmation. Therefore, always make sure to save the order confirmation.9. COMPLAINTS

Delivery terms for paint
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
General terms and conditions of delivery adopted by the Swedish Paint and Glue Federation, SVEFF. The following provisions apply unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
An offer or other communication made by the seller, which would otherwise be regarded as an offer, is valid without obligation unless otherwise expressly stated in the offer or communication. If the buyer places an order with the seller’s representative or agent, the seller shall be bound by the contract in accordance with the contents of these delivery terms and the order, unless the seller notifies the buyer within ten days of becoming aware of the contents of the order that the seller does not accept the order.2. DELIVERY AND THE DANGER TO THE GOODS
Unless otherwise stated in the seller’s acknowledgement of order, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when they are presented ready for delivery at the seller’s factory or warehouse. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer when loading of the goods onto transport vehicles at the seller’s factory or warehouse commences, provided that, if removal is delayed by the buyer, risk shall be deemed to have passed when the goods have been delivered.3. DELIVERY TIME
Where a delivery period is specified, it shall be calculated from the date of conclusion of the contract.4. SUCCESSIVE DELIVERY
If the contract relates to successive deliveries (partial deliveries), the buyer is not entitled to terminate the contract in the event of a delay in a partial delivery or in the event of a defect or deficiency in a partial delivery, except to the extent that it relates to the partial delivery in question5. SHIPPING
If a party finds that he cannot keep to the agreed time for delivery (partial delivery), receipt of the goods, or another party’s undertaking, the other party shall – unless otherwise agreed – be notified immediately. If the delay is due to circumstances other than those referred to in Clause 14 below and causes substantial inconvenience to the party not responsible for the delay and the other party knew or ought to have known this, he may terminate the contract in its entirety or, in the case of partial delivery, in respect of the partial delivery concerned. Delayed delivery does not entitle the buyer to damages unless the seller is grossly negligent and the buyer can show that the delay caused significant damage.6. TIME FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS IN RESPECT OF JUDGMENTS
If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase or claim damages due to delay, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within one week of delivery.7. DEFECTS AND DEFICIENCIES IN THE GOODS
The agreed quantity may be exceeded or fallen short of by 10% and such deviation shall not be regarded as a fault or defect. If the goods delivered are defective or deficient, they shall – if the party so requests and it is reasonably practicable – be replaced by goods free from defects or the defect shall be remedied. If the defect or deficiency is not remedied within a reasonable time, the buyer is entitled to a reduction in the purchase price corresponding to the defect or deficiency or, if the defect or deficiency is material and the seller knew or ought to have known this, to rescind the contract. The seller’s obligation to compensate the buyer for loss or damage suffered by him as a direct consequence of a defect or deficiency in the goods is limited to an amount equal to the price of the goods delivered (partial delivery). If the buyer proves that, as a direct consequence of the defect or deficiency in the goods, he has incurred the cost of extra work, for example the removal of defective goods or the application of defect-free goods, the seller shall in addition be liable to pay compensation for this, but not more than an amount equal to three times the value of the goods delivered (the part-delivery). The Seller’s liability does not extend to damage which may have been caused by improper use or unusual use of the goods, such as their use on materials or their exposure to influences, such as weather and humidity, for which the goods are not intended. The seller’s liability for defects does not cover normal wear and tear or deterioration and – unless otherwise agreed between the parties – does not extend beyond one year from delivery. Except as provided above, the seller shall not be liable for any defect in the goods. The seller is thus not obliged to compensate the buyer for loss of production, loss of profit or other indirect damage caused by a defect in the goods. However, this limitation of the seller’s liability does not apply if he has been guilty of gross negligence.8. CLAIMS FOR DEFECTS AND DEFICIENCIES
The buyer shall notify the seller in writing of any defect in the goods immediately or at the latest within one week of the buyer noticing or failing to notice the defect. If the buyer fails to do so, the seller shall be relieved of liability for the defect or deficiency. If the seller is informed of a defect in the goods or if the buyer has noticed or should have noticed that the goods were defective, the seller is entitled to require the buyer to cease using the goods. The buyer shall voluntarily cease to use goods which the buyer understands or ought to understand make professional work impossible or may cause damage. If the buyer does not cease to use the goods when this has been requested or should have been done anyway, the seller is released from all liability for the defect in question other than to deliver faultless goods. If the purchaser, not later than at the time of conclusion of the contract, has informed the seller in writing that the goods delivered are intended to be used in construction work to be approved at final inspection and at what time the final inspection is to take place, a complaint in respect of defects in the goods shall, notwithstanding the provisions of the first paragraph, be deemed to have been made in good time if the purchaser notifies the seller in writing of this not later than one month from the stated time for final inspection.9. RETURNS
Returns are accepted only by prior arrangement.10. LIABILITY FOR THE HARMFUL PROPERTIES OF THE GOODS (PRODUCT LIABILITY)
The seller’s information concerning the goods is based on laboratory or application tests and is only indicative of the choice of product, working method and application and does not constitute a guarantee of the suitability of the goods for a particular purpose. The seller shall in no case be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the buyer as a result of the goods causing damage to other property belonging to the buyer of whatever kind. Nor shall the Seller be liable to the Buyer for claims for compensation from the Buyer based on claims for damages from third parties, including personnel employed by the Buyer, as a result of damage to property or personal injury, except in such cases where the Buyer has been held liable under mandatory law and the Buyer is entitled under such law to pass on the claim to the Seller on a recourse basis and provided that the Seller has been given the opportunity to consult the Buyer in the handling of the matter. The seller shall be liable in accordance with mandatory law in cases where a third party makes a claim directly against the seller on the basis of the harmful properties of the goods. However, in such cases the buyer shall compensate the seller to the extent that the damage has arisen because the buyer has disregarded the seller’s instructions for the use of the goods or the damage is otherwise wholly or partly due to the buyer’s act or omission.11. VALUE ADDED TAX
The purchase price does not include VAT.12. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless the parties agree otherwise, payment shall be received by the seller no later than thirty days after the invoice date. If payment is not made on the due date, interest on arrears shall be charged at a rate which exceeds the reference rate set by the Riksbank from time to time by at least three percentage points. If the buyer’s delay in payment causes the seller costs in the form of exchange rate, inflation or devaluation losses or if other costs are thereby incurred, such as costs for payment reminders etc., the buyer shall compensate the seller for his costs.13. INSOLVENCY ETC.
If there is reasonable cause to assume that the buyer will not fulfill his payment obligations, the seller is entitled to demand that acceptable security be provided. If this is not done without delay, the seller is entitled to cancel the contract in writing in respect of undelivered goods. The seller is entitled to cancel the sale on the grounds of the buyer’s delay in making payment even after the goods have come into the buyer’s possession.14. FORCE MAJEURE
If, as a result of circumstances such as labor disputes of any kind, fire, explosion or other serious accident, natural disaster, war, insurrection, pandemic, government decision, extensive operational disruptions at the party, non-delivery from subcontractors or shortage of raw materials, abnormal increase in raw material prices or circumstances equivalent to those listed, the seller’s ability to perform or the recipient’s ability to accept delivery is prevented or significantly impeded, the seller or the buyer, if the circumstances were not taken into account when the contract was concluded and the party could not reasonably have avoided the adverse effect of the circumstances, is entitled to postpone delivery (partial delivery) for as long as is necessary to eliminate the effects of such circumstances. Should this period exceed two months, either party shall be entitled to cancel the contract in whole or in part in respect of the deliveries which should have been made during the period in question. This also applies if such circumstances as referred to above occur after the agreed delivery time. A Party wishing to exercise the above right shall notify the other Party in writing without delay. A party is not liable for damages in the event of termination of the contract in whole or in part due to a circumstance specified in this paragraph.15. PERSONAL DATA
The seller may process personal data relating to employees and others represented by the buyer. This may be for the purposes of administering purchases, deliveries of products and services, payments and customer service. This may also be for the purpose of providing information about the seller’s products and services. More information on how the seller handles personal data is available on the seller’s website.16. DISPUTES
Disputes arising out of the Agreement shall be settled in Sweden by arbitration in accordance with Swedish law without application of its rules of private international law. However, a party is entitled to apply for an order for payment in respect of a claim for delivered goods that has remained unpaid. Should the application for an injunction to pay be contested in due time and should the party wish to pursue the dispute further, this shall be done through arbitration, which may be invoked even after the case for an injunction to pay has been dismissed. For goods other than those subject to the provisions adopted by SVEFF (paint products), according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), there is normally a full right of return within 14 days of receipt, provided that the goods are returned in undamaged condition and in their original packaging. Exceptions to the right of return are goods that are not normally stocked and are specially ordered or customized, e.g. furniture, electrical cables, carpets and fabrics.
You as a customer pay the shipping costs for exchange or return. We recommend that you send with an authorized shipping company as it is you who is responsible for the insurance of the item until it is returned to our warehouse. Returned goods sent back against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not triggered by us.
Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
Transport damage
If a product is damaged during transportation, you as a customer must immediately report this to the carrier, and also contact us by phone 0291-211 00 or [email protected].
Delivery time
Normally 2-5 working days. We work as fast as we can and normally the order is shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days. Depending on the shipping company and the delivery address, it can take up to 5 days before you have your package. For furniture, specially ordered goods sold through our customer service and deliveries to countries other than Sweden, other delivery times apply. The package will only remain at the delivery point for 7 days from the date of arrival, within which time you must collect the package if it is not to be returned to us.
Please note that during the high season (May-September), delivery times may be longer due to high pressure on our warehouse and shipping company regulations.
