At Gysinge Byggnadsvårds customer service, we are happy to answer your questions about our products. You can call or email us, depending on what suits you best. For more general questions about building maintenance, we refer to the Swedish Building Conservation Association’s competent county representatives.

Delivery and returns

We aim to ship your order from our warehouse within two working days of receiving your confirmation, but it is usually faster than that. Your package will arrive after another 1-3 business days depending on the delivery address and possible load on DHL and agents.

Download our form to make a return. It is always used when returning goods. Always attach a copy of the delivery note. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Do you have building conservation questions?

Customer Service is happy to answer your questions about Gysinge products. However, during the high season May-September, we have limited opportunity to answer advice questions by phone. Instead, email [email protected] or visit us in our stores!
